I think I got this from a crock pot recipe book but it was actually for a roast. The meat simply falls off the bone! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups ketchup |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons liquid smoke |
salt |
pepper |
minced garlic |
rack of ribs |
Directions:
1. Mix everything except meat together in bowl. 2. Spray crock pot with non-stick spray. 3. Place ribs in crock pot. 4. Place mixture over ribs and coat evenly. 5. Cook on high 4-6 hours or until meat pulls from bones. |
