This is a very easy and tasty! Serve on buns with fries or chips. Ingredients:
1 (26 1/4 ounce) can beef broth |
5 3/4 lbs boneless pork ribs |
1 (33 3/4 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Pour can of beef broth into slow cooker and add boneless pork ribs. 2. Cook on high heat for 4 hours or until meat shreds easily. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 4. Remove meat and shred with two forks. 5. It will seem that it's not working right away, but it will. 6. In a dutch oven or skillet stir the meat and barbecue sauce together. 7. Heat in oven for 30 minutes or until hot. |
