Perfect in steamed buns. An all-time dim sum fave:P Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups pork tenderloin, cooked and shredded or 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded |
1/2 cup barbecue sauce |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and store, covered, in the refrigerator until ready to use. |
