Found in a Kraft Foods magazine. Ingredients:
4 pork chops |
1 teaspoon oil |
1 onion, sliced |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1/2 cup barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Brown chops in oil. Remove & keep warm. 2. Add onion and pepper to skillet. Cook 5 minutes. Add barbecue sauce. 3. Return chops to skillet. Spoon sauce over chops and simmer 3-5 minutes, turning chops once. |
