3 teaspoons dried chilies |
1 tablespoon fennel seed |
3 teaspoons sea salt |
8 lean pork loin chops, pounded to flatten a little |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Put chilli, fennel and sea salt into a mortar. 2. Pound till coarse. 3. Rub into pork chops. 4. Leave to stand for 30 minutes. 5. Brush grill or BBQ with the olive oil. 6. Cook to your taste. 7. serve with cous cous. |
