BBQ Onion Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 vidalia onions or 1 other sweet onion
2 kaiser rolls
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (homemade stuff is always better)
Directions:
1. Slice onion and seperate into rings. Saute onion in a few tablespoons of water or vegetable broth. When the onions are soft and limp and about 1/2 Cup of BBQ sauce. Scoop this onto your kaiser and serve them up.
2. This is not only vegetarian but low fat too.
3. Nutrional Info: low fat, tastes great.
