We often have these when we have a cookout or party. They are easy and can be used as an appetizer or as a sandwich. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs burger |
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs |
3 t. minced onions |
1 tsp. horseradish sauce |
6 drops tabasco sauce |
4 eggs beaten |
1 1/2 tsp. salt |
1 tsp. pepper |
butter |
sauce |
1 1/2 c. ketchup |
1 c. water |
1/2 c. cider vinegar |
1/4 c. brown sugar |
2 t. minced onions |
4 tsp. horseradish |
2 tsp. salt |
2 tsp. dry mustard |
6 drops tabasco |
pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Meatballs: mix all ingredients shape into 3/4 balls brown with the butter in frying pan place in slow cooker. 2. Sauce: mix all ingredients together pour over meatballs in slow cooker cover cook on low for 5 hrs. |
