Philippine style bbq pork that is a little sweet and tangy Ingredients:
2lbs of boneless bbq pork |
1 cup soy sauce |
1 cup apple vinegar |
1 cup oyster sauce- to taste |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 head garlic-chopped |
1 tsp tobacco sauce |
salt and pepper to taste-to taste |
Directions:
1. Cut up the boneless pork meat up in chuncks 2. Mix all ingredients together.. and Marinate... 3. Soak wooden cooking sticks in warm water for about an hour.. 4. then put the meat on the stick.. 5. cook on a BBQ till meat is done.. about 15-20 minunts depending on how big chucks are. 6. ****Best if meat is marinated over night for flavor**** 7. also when bbq the meat you can place a piece of foil on the gril and cook on top of foil. |
