BBQ Mango & Avocado Skewers

The number of servings will vary depending on the size of the avocados & mangos. This can be served as an appetizer or a side dish for a great BBQ - Try it with Chicken kebobs
Ingredients:
1/2 cup salad dressing
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
4 avocados, peeled,pitted and cut into 1 inch chunks
3 mangoes, peeled,pitted and cut into 1 inch chunks

Directions:
1. Soak wooden skewers for 1 hour in water.
2. Mix together the salad dressing, peanut butter, broth, honey, soy, garlic& Tabasco, stir well
3. Thread Avocado & Mango alternately on the skewers
4. Baste with the sauce
5. BBQ over medium heat for apprx 4 minutes per side
6. Serve with remaining sauce on the side
