Juicy hamburger recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 tsp garlic powder |
1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef |
139 g red onion, diced |
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar |
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1 tsp chili powder |
1 tsp paprika |
Directions:
1. Mix together in large bowl with hands. 2. Shape into 4 to 6, 3/4-inch-thick (2 cm) patties. 3. Put in freezer for 5 minutes to set patty. 4. Lightly oil grill. Barbecue using medium-high heat, 5-7 minutes per side until instant-read thermometer inserted sideways into centre of patties reads at least 160ºF (71ºC). 5. Patties are completely cooked at 160ºF (71ºC), regardless of colour. |
