Easy preparation. Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat |
1 cup chili sauce |
1/4 cup water |
1 (40 g) envelope onion soup mix |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon mustard |
1/4 cup vinegar |
2 cups celery, diced |
Directions:
1. Cut or trim beef if needed. 2. Place all ingredients in crock pot. 3. Stir to combine. Cover. 4. Turn on HIGH for 4-5 hours LOW for 6-8 hours. 5. Taste great served on rice or egg noodles. |
