chicken wraps Ingredients:
100 g tortillas (2 large cut in half or 4 small) |
60 g spinach |
150 g corn, thawed |
170 g canned black beans, rinsed/drained |
40 g cheddar cheese |
250 g chicken breast (or 2 cups thinly sliced cooked steak) |
60 g (tbs) bbq sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Lightly cook chicken/steak, then top each tortilla with even amounts of spinach, corn, beans, cheese and chicken/steak. Drizzle BBQ sauce over and wrap them up. 3. Heat through in baking dish lightly coated with cooking spray for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. |
