1 ranch packet (make the ranch with non-fat mayo, non-fat milk) |
your favorite bbq sauce |

Directions:
1. Make the ranch dressing! You can sub mayo for Non-fat yogurt! 2. Chop the lettuce 3. Add the chicken 4. drain corn and beans add to salad 5. Chop Cucmber into fours and dice 6. Slice acocado 7. chop jicama 8. Add in ranch & BBQ! (not too heavy) 9. Sprinke with cilantro |
