add bbq sauce, (with some left over) no dressing Ingredients:
4 cups lettuce |
1/2 tomatoe, sliced |
1/2 tbs. american cheese, shredded |
1 tbs corn |
2 1/2 oz chicken breast, no skin |
Directions:
1. Chop lettuce, both romain and iceburg 2. add chopped tomatoe and shredded cheese 3. add corn kernals 4. grill chicken breast 5. bast chicken with 1 tbs bbq sauce 6. mix salad together, add bqq sauce as necessary |
