Being from Texas, I love BBQ. This is easy to put together and is healthy for you. Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast |
3/4 cup barbecue sauce |
1 red onion |
2 scallions |
2 slices whole wheat bread |
Directions:
1. Place cooked chicken in a food processor and shred the meat or shred with a fork. 2. Place shredded meat in a bowl. 3. Add BBQ sauce, onions, and scallions. 4. Stir well. 5. Serve as a sandwich or place over rice or in a baked potato. |
