A savory, health-conscience snack. Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded |
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce |
2 teaspoons red onions, thinly sliced |
2 rice cakes, lightly salted |
1 tablespoon cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, bbq sauce and red onion in small microwave-safe bowl; mix well. 2. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds or until heated through. 3. Divide mixture evenly between rice cakes. 4. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro. |
