A new twist on a favorite finger food. This is a must to try for the superbowl.....LOVE 'em! Ingredients:
1 egg |
2 t. milk |
4 cups bbq potato chips -crushed |
1/2 pound skinless chicken breasts-cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes |
bbq sauce |
Directions:
1. In a shallow bowl: whisk egg and milk. 2. Place chips in another shallow bowl. 3. Dip chicken in egg mixture. 4. Then roll in chips. 5. Place in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. 6. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. 7. Or until juice runs clear. 8. Serve with BBQ sauce. |
