I was having a birthday party and did not have much food to feed them with. I had only a small crockpot and so I cook the chicken first then I cooked the beef. Everyone liked it and there was no left overs. Ingredients:
2 lbs of cubed beef |
2 lbs chicken |
2 cups catsup |
3 teaspoons mustard |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon liquid smoke |
1 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Add the Catsup, Mustard, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Chili powder, smoke hickory and brown sugar together in the crockpot. Let cook for about a half hour taste and add more of the ingredients to taste. 2. Add chicken and beef cook for about 8 hours or over night and all day. 3. The longer you cook the better. |
