Another recipe from who-knows-where, this was a hit with husband and kid. Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef |
2 cups barbecue sauce |
3 tablespoons mustard |
6 teaspoons dried onion |
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper |
6 cups cooked rice |
3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, drain. 2. Add barbecue sauce, mustard, onion, and pepper. Bring to a boil. 3. Stir in the rice. 4. Sprinkle with cheese. 5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 5 minutes. |
