Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef
2 cups barbecue sauce
3 tablespoons mustard
6 teaspoons dried onion
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
6 cups cooked rice
3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, drain.
2. Add barbecue sauce, mustard, onion, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
3. Stir in the rice.
4. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 5 minutes.
