Ingredients:
1 cup(s) bbq sauce |
2 pound(s) boned chuck roast |
1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch |
2 cup(s) onion, sliced |
1 tablespoon(s) water |
Directions:
1. Place beef in slow cooker, stir in onion and BBQ sauce. Cover with lid and cook on low for 8 hours. 2. Remove beef and onions and shred beef mixture with fork and set aside. Combine cornstarch and water and add to BBQ sauce mixture in slow cooker, stirring well. Cover with lid and cook on high heat for 1 minute. Return beef mixture to slow cooker; cover and cook for 10 minutes. |
