Ingredients:
1 chopped medium onion |
1/4 cup(s) cider vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground mustard |
2 cup(s) ketchup |
2 clove(s) minced garlic |
1/4 cup(s) molasses |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. n a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Cut roast in half; place in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Pour ketchup mixture over roast. 2. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until meat is tender. 3. Remove meat and shred with two forks. Skim fat from cooking juices. Return meat to slow cooker; heat through. Using a slotted spoon, serve beef on buns. |
