BBQ Bangkok Chicken

Works with bone in or boneless chicken (i like boneless, more flavor is retained).
Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
14 ounces light coconut milk
2 tablespoons red curry paste
2 tablespoons fish sauce (nam plah)
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped with stems
2 1/2 teaspoons splenda brown sugar blend
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Marinate chicken overnight, or at least 3 hours.
2. Grill.
