Directions:
1. FIRST YOU COOK YOUR RICE IN 1 POT 2. MAKE SURE YOU ADD YOUR POTATOES 2-3 SMALL CUT INTO CUBES. ADD SALT TO THE WATER 3. IN SEPERATE POT BROWN YOUR VEGGIES [ONIONS,PEPPERS] 4. ADD A LITTLE OLIVE OIL TO MAKE SURE THEY DONT STICK ONCE BROWN 5. ADD 2CPS WATER AND I 1/2 CUP BOURBON TO POT 6. ADD MEATS ALL IN THE SAME POT 7. COOK DOWN AND SLOWLY ADD SPICES TO YOUR TASTE 8. BY THE TIME YOUR MEAT IS COOKED AND TENDER NO WATER SHOULD BE LEFT IN YOUR RICE AND YOU CAN ADD YOUR MEAT POT TO YOUR RICE POT 9. MIX WELL AND LET SET FOR 2-3 MN SO THE MEAT MIXTURE CAN FLAVOR THE RICE |
