This is a nice twist to your stand-by meatball appetizer recipe. Best of all, just throw everything in the slow cooker and walk away! Ingredients:
3 cups chili sauce |
2 (16oz.) cans whole cranberry sauce |
3-1/4 pounds bavarian style sauerkraut, undrained |
2 cups water |
2 cups packed brown sugar |
2 (16 oz.) packages frozen meatballs |
Directions:
1. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine the chili sauce, cranberry, sauce, sauerkraut, water and brown sugar. Mix well. Pour everything into a slow cooker and stir. 2. Cook, covered on medium for 4 hours. Stir occasionally to coat meatballs. |
