I'm not sure where this recipe came from but it is a tried and true keeper. Enjoy Ingredients:
1/2 pound knockwurst cooked and cooled |
2 small pickles |
1 medium onion |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1 tablespoon capers |
1 tablespoon parsley chopped |
Directions:
1. Cut knockwurst into small cubes. 2. Mince pickles and onion. 3. Mix vinegar, mustard and oil then add salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. 4. Adjust seasonings if desired. 5. Add capers and mix well. 6. Stir in knockwurst, pickles and onions. 7. Just before serving garnish with chopped parsley. |
