Not sure where I found this recipe, but sounds like it might make a nice gift. Ingredients:
3/4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer |
1/2 cup dutch process cocoa |
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar |
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. 2. Shake well to blend. 3. Store in airtight container. 4. To make Bavarian Mint Coffee: In a mug, combine 2 tablespoons of creamer with 6 ounces of coffee. |
