BAVARIAN LIVERWURST DIP This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Park Estate in Irving, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
1 cup liverwurst |
1/4 cup white onion minced |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon dill pickle relish |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. Blend liverwurst and sour cream until smooth and creamy. 2. Add all remaining ingredients and blend well. 3. Serve chilled or at room temperature. |
