BAVARIAN LIVERWURST DIP This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Park Estate in Irving, Texas in 1984.
Ingredients:
1 cup liverwurst
1/4 cup white onion minced
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dill pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
1. Blend liverwurst and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and blend well.
3. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
