a tasty breakfast dish which i learned to make when i was in germany,very moreish Ingredients:
new potatoes boiled and sliced 8oz |
sliced fried onions6oz |
bacon strips or lardons6oz |
mushrooms sliced 60z |
6 eggs whisked |
salt and black pepper |
Directions:
1. fry the bacon and onions in good none stick pan till golden 2. add the mushrooms cook for 2 mins 3. add the cooked sliced potatoes cook till colored and all the flavours have mingled 4. add salt and black pepper to taste 5. remove to a dish to keep warm in oven,wipe the pan,add a little oil,heat and add the whisked egg,stir gently till set,add the filling and roll up omelette style. 6. serve and eat with crusty buttered bread.me and my wife love this on a sunday morning.enjoy |
