I tried this tonight with some boneless chicken I had...I did use the peanut oil also..turned out very good and a pretty light brown crust... Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup water |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Dip fish or chicken into batter and fry in peanut oil. |
