A drink that is usually available in Cuban restaurants. Tweaked it a bit to make it mine. A great breakfast shake.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups puffed wheat cereal
4 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute
2 cups ice cubes
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons bee pollen
Directions:
1. Pour ice into blender.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Process until smooth.
4. Pour and enjoy.
