Ingredients:
2-3 ounces light rum |
2/3 cup fresh pineapple, coarsely chopped |
superfine sugar to taste |
1/2 cup crushed ice |
sprig fresh mint |
Directions:
1. Combine the rum, pineapple and sugar in an electric blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Put the ice into a goblet and add the liquor. Decorate with the mint. |
