Another childhood favorite-to my taste the best batido Cubano. Fresh guanabana is not so easy to find, but you can find frozen gaunabana in Latino groceries. To reduce calories and fat, you can use skim milk and frozen vanilla yogurt.
Ingredients:
1 cup custard apple, pulp, frozen (guanabana)
1/2 cup milk, cold
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
2. Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
