If you've had this before you understand why people will drive for hours to get it. Ingredients:
1 liter vanilla ice cream |
100 g heavy cream (or double) |
2 tablespoons rose water |
Directions:
1. The cream used to prepare the ice cream should be very thick. 2. Leave the cream in a tray in the freezer until it is frozen. 3. Ice-cream should not be very hard. 4. Cut frozen cream into small pieces and mix with ice-cream. 5. Add rose-water and mix well. 6. Place the mix in the freezer for at least one hour. |
