Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients and let sit at room temperature at least one hour.
2. Serve plain or on a lettuce leaf.
