1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided |
4 (4 ounce) boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick) |
Directions:
1. Combine brown sugar, basil, salt, and chili powder in a small bowl. 2. Gradually stir in 1 tbsp oil until crumbly. 3. Rub on both sides of the pork chops. 4. Cook in remaining oil over medium heat in large skillet for about 7-8 minutes for each side. |
