Basil Parmesan Pasta With Lemon Peel

Ingredients:
340 g orzo pasta
2 cloves garlic, minced
10 g fresh basil, finely chopped
40 g grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons lemons, rind of, grated
Directions:
1. Cook orzo in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes or until it is al dente{cooked but firm to touch}.
2. Once cooked, drain it well.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Let it stand for 5 minutes, covered.
5. Stir in the remaining ingredients and pepper.
6. Serve.
7. Enjoy!
