This recipe goes with Pine Nut-crusted Pacific Salmon Ingredients:
1/2 cup firmly packed fresh basil leaves |
1/2 cup canola oil |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper |
Directions:
1. Process basil leaves in a food processor 1 minute or until smooth, stopping twice to scrape down sides. With processor running, slowly pour oil in a thin stream through food chute. Add salt and white pepper. |
