Haven't tried it yet, but I think it would be good on sandwiches or as a dip for shrimp. It is from Betty Crocker, but I might be tempted to add a little garlic and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Process basil and oil. 2. Add mayo and process until smooth.
