These are quick an easy. Ingredients:
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon olive oil or 1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
4 medium red potatoes |
Directions:
1. In bowl, combine parmesan cheese, oil, basil, and garlic powder. 2. Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch sticks; add to cheese mixture and toss to coat. Place in 15 x 10-inch pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. 3. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes. 4. Turn potatoes. 5. Bake 20 minutes or until crisp and tender. |
