3/4 cup water, plus |
1 tablespoon water |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
2 teaspoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 teaspoons dried basil |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup unbleached flour |
1 1/3 tablespoons gluten |
1 tablespoon whey powder (i don't use) |
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in machine according to the bread maker's instruction manual. 2. Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting (or equivalent). |
