Basil, Balsamic Vinegar and Pine Nut Dressing |

This dressing has a real Italian flavour, great on a tomato salad. Ingredients:
1 ounce pine nuts, lightly toasted |
1 sprig fresh basil, leaves picked |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
salt & freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz to paste, adding enough oil to make a dressing consistency. 2. Your dressing is ready! |
