A fantastic appetizer for family get-togethers, or anytime for that matter!! You can substitute Kraft Mozza-Cheddar for the mozzarella cheese if you so desire - just a little different flavor - Ingredients:
2 flour tortillas (7-inch) |
3 tablespoons philadelphia cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, partly skimmed, shredded |
6 fresh basil leaves |
2 teaspoons zesty italian dressing |
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F Place 1 tortilla on baking sheet; spread with cream cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese, basil and second tortilla. 2. Brush with dressing; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese,. 3. Bake 8 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 8 wedges. |
