Makes light and fluffy waffles. Easily halves and doubles as a recipe. Ingredients:
4 cups flour |
4 tbsp sugar |
2 tbsp baking soda |
1 tsp salt |
3 1/2 cups milk |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
4 eggs |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in large mixing bowl and combine well. 2. Let batter rest for 5 minutes. While resting, pre-heat waffle iron to 2-4. 3. When iron is ready, pour 1 1/2 cups batter into center of iron . 4. Close lid until cooked. 5. Remove from pan and cut into 4. |
