Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) red-wine, rice wine or champagne vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon(s) kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) sugar |
1/4 teaspoon(s) fresh ground black pepper |
1/2 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients except olive oil until salt and sugar are dissolved and mixture is smooth. Add olive oil in a thin stream and continue whisking until thoroughly incorporated. Keep refrigerated until serving. Whisk again before serving. |
