2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 shallot, minced |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mustard and shallot. Whisk in oils until blended and thick. |
