I add this to my Avocado and Kiwi Salad. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1/8 teaspoon mustard powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and shake well. I use a jar with a screw top. |
