This recipe goes with Ciabatta, French Country Bread With Currants and Rosemary Ingredients:
1 cup bread flour |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 package dry yeast (2 1/2 teaspoons) |
3/4 cup very warm water (120° to 130°) |
Directions:
1. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. 2. Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and process for 1 minute or until well-blended. Spoon mixture into a medium bowl; cover and chill sponge for 2 to 24 hours. |
