Your basic white sourdough bread with a twist Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups sourdough starter |
1/3 cup water |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
3 cups flour |
1/2 cup cornmeal |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. In the bowl of your bread machine add the ingredients in the order they are listed. 2. Make sure that the yeast does not touch the water. 3. Set the bread machine on bread cycle. |
