Found this recipe on another site recently. I have been using Bergy's Sour Dough Starter #13750. Excellent starter and this is a delicious recipe for the bread machine. Makes a 1-1/2# loaf. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups sourdough starter |
1/3 cup warm water |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 cups bread flour |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to bread machine pan in the order specified by your directions. Set to white bread cycle.
2. Cooking time depends on your machine, my machine is 4 hours.
