5 carrots, peeled and chopped |
3 celery ribs, chopped |
1 onion, chopped |
garlic powder |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes |
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can green beans |
2 zucchini, sliced |
1/4 cup parsley flakes |
2 chicken bouillon cubes |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a large pot, and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5-10 minutes. 2. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. |
